Contacts is one book for everyone in your working life — buyers, sellers, sphere, lenders, attorneys, brokerages. People and companies live side by side, linked to each other and to the deals they touch.
People and companies
Three tabs split the book: All, People, and Companies. Add person needs only a first or last name — email and phone are optional, so a half-known lead still gets captured. Add company takes a name and a type: brokerage, title company, lender, inspector, attorney, builder, or other.
Statuses
Every person carries a status — a fresh workspace starts with New Lead, Active Client, Under Contract, Past Client, and Closed. The set is yours to change: in Settings → Workspace → Statuses you can add, rename, recolor, reorder, and archive statuses to match how you actually run your funnel.
Board vs. table
Every tab opens as a table — sortable, scannable, built for volume. On the People tab you can switch to Board: one column per status, drag a card between columns to move someone through the funnel, plus an Unassigned column for people you haven't placed yet.
Timeframes
A person's Timeframe records when they intend to transact — 0-3 months through 12+ months, or no plans — and it's customizable in Settings → Workspace → Timeframes. It's more than a note: anyone with a timeframe who isn't on a deal yet gets their own lane in the Daybook's "Buyers in the field" section, so active hunts don't go quiet.
Associations
From any person or company, + Associate contact links another contact with an optional role in your own words — spouse, referral partner, employee. Deal relationships work the other way around: you add a person as a party from the deal's page, and every deal they're on then shows under the contact's Deals tab automatically.
The detail page
A contact's page has five tabs — Overview, Notes, Deals, Documents, and Timeline. Overview holds the record itself (emails, phones, addresses, tags, source, background) plus inline tasks and a note composer; Timeline is the full chronological history of calls, notes, and events.
